Before you write

  • Check the FAQ and documentation first — most answers are there.
  • Include your browser and operating system for bug reports.
  • Mention the input format (.txt, .docx, .rtf, .odt, or .csv) and conversion mode you used.
  • Describe the issue with a short, non-sensitive sample instead of attaching a private document.

The converter works entirely in your browser, so we never see your documents. If you email us, your message is handled by your email provider and ours. Please do not send confidential files or personal data — a description and a short sample are enough to investigate most issues.
